GREEN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Smoothie with granola is a great way to start the day, as they make for very rich, nutritious and tasty breakfasts. In fact, they are equally perfect for eating after your workout or for a quick lunch.

This green pineapple smoothie is very fresh, sweet and thirst-quenching.

Recipe for 4 people:

1/2 very ripe pineapple - the taste of the smoothie will depend a lot on the quality of the pineapple

1 ripe avocado

4 small leaves of kale (without the thick part of the stalks)

1 small piece of ginger

1 handful of mint (leaves only)

2 or 3 ice cubes (optional)

Mix it all together in a food processor and you're done!

As a topping we used our Reguila granola, but you can choose another granola. We also added crispy spirulina (spirulinaportugal).
