WILD BERRIES AND FLOWERS BOWL

Antioxidant and so, so good!

The strawberry, blackberry and blueberry smoothie is one of the ones we make the most often at home.

Smoothie recipe:

300g frozen berries - you can use whatever you like. Strawberries, because of the price and the quantity we buy, are the most commonly used. I usually include 250g strawberries and 50g blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries.

2 ripe bananas

200ml coconut milk (tin)

a squeeze of lemon juice (maximum half a lemon)

Grind it all together in a food processor and you're done!

For the topping I used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and greens. The flowers are more about being pretty than tasty, but they look so good that I sometimes use them.

The granola is our Original, filled with dried fruits and so versatile that it goes well with any flavour.
