Smoothies are the invention of the century. Super quick to prepare, delicious (how we like it!), nutritious and thirst-quenching. We are big fans here! We love granola, fruit and varying breakfasts without it taking hours of preparation.
I’m so popular at home thanks to my breakfasts and it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to prepare. And there are 5 of us!
This smoothie is very simple, takes only 3 ingredients and pleases kids and adults alike.
Ingredients for 2 people:
Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
1 mango
150ml coconut milk - you can use whatever you like
Toppings:
blueberries
Preparation:
Mix the banana in a blender along with the dairy-free drink and 2/3 of the mango until you get a creamy consistency. Place in a bowl and decorate with the rest of the mango, the blueberries and the Original granola.
