This smoothie is definitely different, fresh, aromatic and very easy to prepare.
Ideally it should be made with fresh fruit but, as it is not always possible, we always have some frozen pulp at home for the "emergencies".
- 100g mango
- 200g pineapple
- 100g spinach
- 2 tbsp of natural Greek yogurt
Mix in a blender until you get a creamy texture.
